Step 1
Mix 1 drop of liquid grape seed extract with 3 to 4 oz. of water and stir will with a spoon. Rinse and swish the mixture twice each day to help kill oral bacteria. Gradually increase the dose of extract to no more than 3 drops as you adapt to the taste.
